A first selection of at least 20 photos is planned within 2?4 days after the event. Confirm all deliverables and delivery dates in your quotation.

Booking & deposit

A 50% booking deposit is required to secure a confirmed booking. Payment instructions will be provided in your written quotation. Refunds and cancellation charges follow the cancellation policy and agreed booking terms.

More than 14 days before the event: Any refund will be calculated after deducting reasonable, documented costs already incurred and any applicable agreed booking fee.

7–14 days before the event: The booking deposit may be retained to cover reserved dates, planning, and preparation costs.

Less than 7 days before the event: Up to 70% of the agreed service fee may be payable where permitted by law and justified by the booking terms, work completed, and costs incurred.

Rescheduling terms will be agreed in the written quotation.
